After careful consideration we have taken the tough decision to reduce our opening times and alter the services we will provide until further notice. We are a family run business and all 3 of us have high-risk vulnerable family members at home.
We know and understand that we have a duty to our customers to provide the essential tools required for their aquariums. Hence to minimise the risk to both ourselves and our customers, we will be offering a collection service twice a week, which will enable you to purchase the following:
- RO and Salt water
- Frozen and Dry food
- Essential dry goods ideally pre-ordered
ORDERS FOR COLLECTION
RO and Salt Water
If you require water, please leave your water bottles outside our filling station at the rear of the store and return to your cars. Once filled, we will notify you when they are ready for collection.
Frozen, Dry Food and Essential Dry Goods
For all food and essential dry goods, we request that you contact us via telephone, email or Facebook outlining your order, which we will then prepare accordingly for collection on your specified day (please see opening times below).
Payment for all collection orders will be taken either in advance via PayPal or on the day via card. During this time, we will not be accepting any cash payments.

Sunday to Tuesday – Closed
Wednesday Open 12-4pm
Thursday to Friday Closed
Saturday Open 10am-2pm
You can still order many items online via our website. We are currently working to update the site with all the products we sell, which is being updated on a daily basis. All goods ordered online will be sent out on a Wednesday to be delivered by Friday. If there is anything you need that is not on the site, please feel free to contact us and we will do our best to accommodate any requests.

As our way of saying thanks to all the wonderful NHS staff who are on the frontline working tirelessly – upon providing us with your NHS ID we would like to offer you the following for FREE on a weekly basis!
1 frozen food pack and 50L RO water or 50L of salt water or 25L of each
We will provide this service until further notice. All we ask is that you ideally notify us in advance which day you will be collecting your water/frozen food. We can then ensure we keep your water aside.
We will continue to monitor the situation closely over the up coming weeks and aim to resume a normal service as soon as we can.
